Tons of talented developers here who are always ready to lend you a hand and teach you about something. Highly collaborative environment. Interesting work that changes and evolves. Frequent opportunities for training, growth, and advancement. Initiative is encouraged and rewarded. Peak performance PTO, catered lunches, quarterly and monthly company events. Internal guilds and organizations - find one you like or start your own. Dev management is invested in employees and willing to dive into problems when necessary. Frequent 1:1s present regular opportunities to give and receive feedback. New CTO is bringing balance to the organization and easing growing pains. Scrum process is on the mend. Dedicated scrum masters have helped with enforcing boundaries and getting our backlogs in shape. Company processes as a whole seem to be rapidly maturing.

No remote positions or 401k. Occasional weekend/night working to hit deadlines.

I enjoy the open and enthusiastic team I work with and love the products. Good communication allows us to know where things stand on a regular basis.

Cons

As is typical of most tech companies, there can be a great deal of work to do on tight deadlines. But the company's generosity and rewards help balance things out.
