Pros

Top guns team! Doer attitude! Room for initiative Very diverse talent and profile Nice culture and good respect of work/life balance (if you are not part of the apero crew ;-) Culture of transparency makes everyone accountable and responsible for the challenges and successes of the company.

Cons

There's no traffic jams on the extra-mile. If you want to join, you better be ready to play in an A-Team.

I haven't worked in many companies but Alkemics is the best company I've worked for. Team is awesome, spirit and culture are open and awesome, communication is smooth, efficient and awesome, awesome. Great great team spirit, A lot of funny people Nobody takes himself too seriously Use of tools for communication Flexible work hours / organization Family first Even though he's younger, I want to be just like the CTO when I grow up !

Cons

Go away if you're arrogant and prideful A little more ethnic and gender diversity would be nice (not blocked by management though)

- Lot of challenge. - Nice teams, smart helpful and skilled colleague. - No politics ego, everyone is eager to help or to listen to your opinion. - each "action" has a visible impact on the company

Cons

If you do not like iterating on ideas/project (on technical, organization , ....) and then not eager to accept change, working at Alkemics can be confusing. IMHO it's part of the challenge
