- Awesome team: brillant and fun, great mood. High-five is the natural way of saying hello and celebrating - it happens all the time. - Lots of challenge, great for people looking for impact and ownership. You have to own your projects, ship them and be accountable for it. - Things move pretty fast, you never get bored

Cons

Autonomy is a must as we all have pretty packed agendas, but that's also an opportunity to learn by yourself.

Cons

You'll have to be really autonomous and ready to face challenges on your own, taking great responsibilities.
