- Great atmosphere, you'll enjoy coming to work - The company is open to change and you can be a part of it - Flat hierarchy and very accessible Founders / CXOs - Very flexible company and many more!

Cons

- Better to be autonomous and proactive - Things move very fast and you have to be able to cope with the change

Pros

The team is really nice and people are smart, which makes all interactions with coworkers very effective and smooth. We also have a lot of freedom and flexibility in the way we implement things and the technologies we use to do so. We keep ourselves up to date on new technologies, which is a real plus.

Cons

We keep on redefining and improving our way of working, and this can be a bit confusing sometimes. In addition to the technical challenges, there are also organizational challenges that we try to solve
