Pros

Alkemics is a great company where smart and nice people work together. It's a pleasure to contribute and see how we can evolve. We are agile, product-oriented and everybody care about our KPI. It's a great company with many events where we share a beer, pancakes or crepes :)

Cons

No remote work (yet), no "tickets resto" :)

Working with a bunch of smart people, where after you have been chosen to be part of the team, you will have all the trust to deploy yourself and make the best out of your time working. If you are the ones that love challenges, love helping and learning, if you enjoy working a collaborative way, and you are not looking for titles but for adventure, knowledge and grow, you will find here the perfect place to grow in a way you never imagined.

Cons

We all work a lot, everyone is deeply committed, and as the adventure and challenges are huge, we all work a lot, by pleaser and to keep up to the teams level. If you are one of those who love been manager, or that likes to go home at 6pm, or to have a clear limite on your tasks... then this will probably not be your place.
