Pros? A paycheck. That’s honestly about it.

Cons

Bullying, low pay, very against females working in the industry, no respect given, promotes the biggest threat then rips away promotions for no warranted reason. Only operations managers and assistant managers receive training. Bullying from day one seems to be a standard. Slows up after about 6 months but then spirals out of nowhere. You will be called the condescending job title “Admin” instead of your name and if you say anything you’ll become a target. Hazing and bullying is real here.

The only even commendable compliment that is owed to All My Sons, would be the financial compensation they provided - granted they you break your neck, back, family, morals, and ethics in order to achieve it.

Cons

There is a laundry list of “Cons” to this literal empire. The biggest of all, is that it IS a CON in and of itself. Designed to take - take - take - and never give. The customer is dirt on the floor and the operations team is the broom to sweep. You do not matter. There is no work life balance because your life is this job.
