-Lots of meetings- which are helpful but also very time consuming. This issue has been addressed and is slowly evolving into more efficient meetings.
-As a PMA you will be expected to find work and ask how you can assist the PM's. Not really a con, but if you are shy or have a difficult time asking for help it will be very difficult.
-Software and programs are fairly intense albeit very high tech. Again, not really a con- but if you have never used any sort of construction management software you will have a difficult time. It's not impossible but you will struggle until you get it.
