Pros

Stable employment, opportunities to advance

Cons

Company was sold and is in constant flux. Trying to expand without investing in the work force. Constant changes and a lot of stress.

Difficult place to work

Pros

- Pay was decent - Free top of the line services to employees

Cons

- Management are all family and/or friends - Calls are recorded and randomly pulled for “coaching” to which they have an outdated system for scoring them on. - You get errors on service orders and that % goes against you every month, sometimes even when someone else changes your order you still get docked points. - Concerns go in one ear and out the other - There are people in management who have absolutely no experience or training whatsoever. - They promote based on who is willing to be the biggest pet. - Absolutely zero flexibility at all - Weekend and night shift required even after long term employee has been there before that requirement.

For Old School Conservatives

Pros

The pay was pretty decent.

Cons

All West had all the cons of a small business as well as a corporate setting. Management was not cohesive and people were not working as a team. There was no flexibility with regards to a hybrid work situation and the PTO system was extremely outdated. If you are a Trump loving conservative who doesn't like change, you will fit right in.
