Working weekends/holidays was the only downside

Although there are a few good managers at All West, many pick their favorites and allow others to suffer. Not growing up or being from the area is a real disadvantage. 90% of employees know each other through growing up together, living in the same town, having kids at the same school, and many are related through marriage. All West seems to prefer hiring from within the area so a diverse group of employees will never be had. Company leadership seem too busy to be bothered with retaining good employees or coaching managers to be effective leaders. The turnover continues to be high, especially within the team serving customers. Lack of accountability is also a problem. Again, if you are a favorite, many rules don't apply to you. Sad that such a small company is devoid of a positive company culture.
