working with pepole from around the world. great colleagues (not include mangment) .

Cons

management leading only by authorithy , not by example. you measuerd ony by one KPI , abilty to charge costumers with billable hours . lack of trust, micro managment , reporting on hourlly based. ~80% meetings, 20% real engineering tasks , not optimal for enginnees that want to develope their skills. no bounses .

The kindest people are here. They are keen to make you fill part of the team. The latest technologies and learning opportunities through certified courses are at one click distance away. Everyone is communicating in a pleasant manner,effectively. It is in their DNA to embrace a win/win collaboration and make you feel more then welcomed.

Cons

There are none at the moment and I am confident that they will not occur at all.
