      Pros

      I've been at AllCloud for 3 months and have found it a great place to work, primarily because of the people. The company is fast-growing and moving out of a start-up phase, so there are many opportunities. I've worked in organizations before that struggle to hold onto the way things have always been done but I find that most in AllCloud I've worked with check their egos at the door and collaborate to find the best solutions so we can move forward and support future growth. Everyone is extremely welcoming and leadership is very intentional about providing in-person and virtual teambuilding opportunities that aren't typically seen at a globally dispersed company with more than half its employees fully remote. There is an investment in education and certifications. Overall I have had a great experience so far and look forward to what the future holds.

      Thank you for your feedback. "All is good" sounds excellent and we love the "no problem" part. Remote work has its perks, such as flexibility or using the time normally spent commuting to and from work with family or friends. However, as you mentioned, there also can be less immediate team interaction. At AllCloud we are always looking for new ways to improve employee connectivity with remote team buildings (e.g. remote team lunches, Wine Tasting events, soon to come book club), monthly all-hands meetings, and annual getaways to exciting destinations where we all meet and catch up in real life. By the way, we have already established the date and place for our next getaway. Details to follow soon! All of that said, your Employee Success team is always open to hearing your suggestions and exploring new ideas and opportunities.
