      -Nice colleagues. -Hybrid work but more remote. -Your opinions matter -Your working schedule is important, there is no overtime -Great place to learn, develop and get certifications -The recruitment process is fast. -The hiring managers are cooperative. -Great budgets. -You get help when you need, the team is there for you.

      Pros

      I've been with AllCloud for around a year now and it's been an absolutely phenomenal experience so far. It's a high-growth company that allows you to take up as much of a responsibility as you'd like; however, they also provide you with great mentorship so that you always feel well prepared to make it to the next level.

      Cons

      I truly can't think of any -- I've been with the company for roughly a year and there's literally no complaints.

      - Latest technologies - Very high level of automation as a rule of thumb in every project - You have the possibility to interact with several tech stacks, depending on the project - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - You could end up working with some technologies you don't prefer - The "run" after billable hours - Pressure when it comes to recording billable hours - Slim benefits, mediocre pay
