Lots of hard worl

Pros

Great family spirit. Lots of comradarie. The higher management makes you feel like you are a part of the family.

Cons

The pay is not as high as it should be. I felt that I was not making as much as I should have been making for the position and responsibility that I had.

Pros

Salary, ability to maintain a fairly independent schedule, teleworking is an option on certain days at the discretion of the CEO, benefits and employer matching

Cons

communication was not clear and the right hand never knew what the left hand was doing. everyone seemed to have their own agenda and staff spent too much time gossiping about each other's personal lives than working and focusing on performance enhancement, growing business from within and meeting all deadlines; internally.
