It is the worst company to work for. They want you to work twenty four hours a day seven days a week. And never open your mouth because they will treat you like crap.

Decent people on most projects.

Cons

They don't promote their best talent until they threaten to quit. Its at all levels not just entry level. The career advancement program for new hires is awful.

Pros

The company is focused on intelligent growth and has a strategic plan to achieve it. Upper management, and especially the CEO Ross Myers, has a strong commitment to the people at the face of the work and sending every employee Home Safe Tonight. When a company is growing there are plenty of paths for career growth. They genuinely care about their employees' well-being and have an excellent health and wellness program.

Cons

Construction does not happen only between 9am - 5pm. It does take dedication to adjust the work/life balance to fit the needs of the jobs. The nature of the work often leads to frequent schedule changes, which can cause headaches at every level of the company.
