Benefits, nice equipment, from the outside looking in you think it’s a great company once your hear you realize that’s a big mistake
Cons
Communication is horrible, to many supervisors, management sees you as a number, lay offs, too many employees, shop rate is low, travel an hour to 2 hrs for work, your not just an operator you must labor too but they don’t pay you more for that
