Pros

The culture of respect for others and caring for their well being is stronger at Allan Myers than at any other employer I have worked in the last 30 years. People work hard and give their all because the company works hard for their safety, offers diverse development opportunities and provides great benefits including wellness for the employees and his/her family.

Cons

Allan Myers can be a 24/7 business depending on your role. Non-performance is not an option so plan to work hard.

everybody has heard of being treated like just another number; Myers is very guilty of treating their employees without the loyalty that their employees give to them.
