      Pros

      As long as you understand this is a construction company and the dynamics involved in those companies, then this is a solid choice for employment. They have dynamic educational opportunities, management training programs, they are setup with Drexel University (I believe)....Their accounting software was a little dated, but their mobile apps for the field are top notch. Resounding confidence in leadership and they have good checks and balances in place.

      Cons

      It's a project based construction company, so if there is no work then you may get laid off....you also may be asked to relocate for work. Pretty standard stuff....
