- Good benefits - If you are on a large project you are supplied very well with anything you need.

Cons

- If you are not on a large project you can be given very little support. This can be budget, crews, equipment. - Upper management in many cases does not assist. And when they do it generally does not help the project in turn sometimes hurting it even further. This can be due to lack of focus or understanding of what is actually occuring on their projects. Unless it is a large one.
