      Pros

      They do have some decent benefits and nice people

      Cons

      Management was a mess, always changing reporting and then getting angry when they waited until the absolute last minute to provide info and deadlines were impossible to meet for presentations and reports. They also were incredibly misogynistic. As a woman, I was not able to offer suggestions or feedback during meetings without it being met with rolled eyes or rude comments.

      Pros

      Job security. Myers knows what they are good at and wins jobs.

      Cons

      Long hours with a “exhaust all options” mentality that leads to cutting corners or sweeping things under the rug. Myers prides themselves on their safety record but their toxic culture pushes employees to hide their workplace injuries for fear of making their crew look bad.

      Bad Upper Management

      Pros

      People I worked with and direct manager were helpful and respectable people. Many younger hard working managers that make way for a bright future.

      Cons

      Upper management was a mess. I was not told a location I was working until 1 month before and had to relocate out of college with little to no heads up. Salary did not reflect the type of hours and work that was put in and I was not approached with any sort of compensation until after I left the company.
