Pros

A great company with great benefits. Company is always striving to create opportunities for employees to grow, both professionally and personally. Benefits are very comprehensive, very good and are pretty reasonable to the average person as far as out of pocket costs are concerned. Extremely committed to everyone's safety and well being, both at work and at home. Offer spousal benefits for wellness, which is great too.

Cons

The work is very fast paced and demanding. We are in a competitive industry, aggressively seeking work and sometimes the pace isn't for everyone. I really see that as a challenge worth accepting, but it's not for everyone.

Pros

The company is focused on intelligent growth and has a strategic plan to achieve it. Upper management, and especially the CEO Ross Myers, has a strong commitment to the people at the face of the work and sending every employee Home Safe Tonight. When a company is growing there are plenty of paths for career growth. They genuinely care about their employees' well-being and have an excellent health and wellness program.

Cons

Construction does not happen only between 9am - 5pm. It does take dedication to adjust the work/life balance to fit the needs of the jobs. The nature of the work often leads to frequent schedule changes, which can cause headaches at every level of the company.
