Great condition, plenty of work, we use the latest technology, wide range of types of projects. Saftey is of yhe upmost importance

Cons

Support from upper management could be stronger. Work force sometimes get a little thin due to the heavy work load.

Pros

Large company with a small company feel. Ability to move roles or locations within the company. Highly competitive group of people work here - everyone is striving to make Allan Myers the best. Nice benefits package, plenty of continuing education opportunities for all employees ranging from field level training to partnerships with Universities for college credits.

Cons

Employees are expected to work long hours regularly. Our projects are spread out over a large footprint so field employees have to travel (this is typical for a construction company).
