Constantly understaffed and overworked, high stress, filled with incompetent personnel throughout the organization and people in higher up positions who have no business being in their roles, no attempts made to factor in increasing costs of living/ inflation every year as far as merit increases, and an overall toxic work environment where your daily tools, software, and support options to quickly fix problems are grossly sub-standard and antiquated. No one from the lowest levels all the way up to the top would take the initiative to make things better for employees throughout my time there. This isn't a company that values its employees. HR and management had zero interest in fixing crucial problems. Avoid like the plague.
