Pros
Great coworkers that became family-like. Work from home options. A good amount of PTO. A diverse population of employees. There's a constant flow of projects and work to be done - always keeping you on your toes.
Cons
Never-ending politics and favoritism in the IT Services department. It is clear to the application teams where leadership sees the most value and treats those teams accordingly. Roadmap of position levels and how to climb the ladder is very unclear - people are promoted at faster increments compared to their equal peers on other application teams. It all depends on who your manager is and if upper management likes your manager as to whether you get your promotion and raise when they claim you're supposed to.
