      Challenging environment with a fantastic group of intelligent analysts that are dedicated to giving their end users the best product they can.

      Cons

      Overly aggressive rollout plan not only inhibits good work but causes burnout in a young group of individuals that were excited to be part of this project a couple years ago.

      Great team work with in the IT department.

      Cons

      - Extremely aggressive deployment schedule creates more problems than solutions. - Management stresses work/life balance, but there isn't any. - No extra compensation for on-call coverage despite the fact that you are required to be on call 24/7 for 7 days on a rotating basis.
