      The unit I was in was run by two fantastic charge nurses and the manager that kept our unit running like a well-oiled machine!!!

      Short-staffed like any other hospital.

      The employees are great. They're very passionate about working for an organization that does right by their customers. The benefits are good. Pay was average at best but it seems the organization has dedicated itself recently to revising their pay levels. I believe the future can be bright, but I'll give the organization an average rating due to the Cons outlined below.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, under a new business model there has been high turnover in recent years throughout the organization. I truly believe everyone has worked tirelessly and diligently to meet the ever changing standards. Resources can be very limited at times. A constant vision is desperately needed along with real dedication to process improvement from the ground up. A new system wide information platform is being implemented and that should provide some stability. Hopefully, most employees will stick it out until the implementation is completed. I believe the organization will rebound significantly in the coming years.
