      Weekend rate is good, variety of possible patients

      Cons

      High workload may not get breaks. Most patients aren't paying anything so they can do whatever they wan. A lot of regular customers seeking drugs, many drunk patients though that is what ER nursing is

      Staff like family, the backbone that keeps this carcas limping along.

      Cons

      Plagued with a history of mismanagement at the highest levels for years. This is not a subjective view, it is the history of this once diamond in the rough...now tarnished with loads of debt and pending bankrupcy. Middle management minefields everywhere. The once competing hospitals within the system have their political infighting as well as disregard for the small independent physician practices.
