      Pros

      You will see cases there you would not see in many other places. There are a lot of good people there.

      Cons

      Parking is far away, you are shuttled to the facility. Some employees can get away with anything, others are let go.

      Pros

      The better majority of the people are great to work with, Good teamwork and the right attitude for patient care. A good place to learn and experience new things.

      Cons

      A few old timers that are set in their ways, others that have this strange sense you have to "pay your dues" about things that are no longer relevant. A good ol boy system of taking care of friends regardless if they can actually do the job. Presently, poor outlook for job expansion, been on a hiring freeze for the last 4 months regardless of how many have moved on. One of the lowest paying salaries in the area.
