      Pros

      I think one of the best reasons to work for this company is that evryone works as a team player even when short staffed. Also, this company pays a decent salary.

      Cons

      The only problem I have is that WPAHS does not offer over time.

      Collegial Good medicine Big place Teaching hospital with big trauma center. ED and Transplant are first-rate. Patient-first attitude. Good helicopter fleet.

      Cons

      Too much senior management turnover.
