      Pros

      AST's CEO and COO are genuine leaders who realize they are represented by the people who work for them. Much time and energy are invested into developing extremely capable teams. Decisions are always based on doing what is right, first and foremost. While this organization has experienced rapid growth on occasion, a caring small company culture continues.

      Pros

      I love that it is a smaller and growing company with a lot of potential for the future. Because it is on the smaller side, the company feels like family. Everyone I've come in contact with has been so nice and welcoming. The CEO is down-to-earth and truly cares about the employees.

      I have no issues with this company.

      I only have to work 5 days a week.

      Cons

      Corporate communication is very poor with people who aren't at the main office in Virginia. No opportunity for advancement.
