      Pros

      AST is a very unique company. First off, we are a woman-owned company. I can say they CEO cares about each individual employee. They are huge on personal and professional development and encourage promotion from within. They believe in their employees. The company has great employee morale. We are a true team! The company is huge on work/life balance - they really do take care of their employees.

      Cons

      This company is awesome - honestly, I enjoy what I do and can't complain!
