I have been working with AST for over a year now and I must say, they have far exceeded my expectations. From the top leadership down, they create a culture that makes you feel like part of a family. They are supportive of your professional and personal development and seek input into decisions they make. I have never worked for a government contractor who has invested so much in it's employees (training, etc.). With previous contractors, I felt like a number - here to make the company money. With AST, I feel part of something much bigger, and better.

Just like any place you work, you seem to get what you put into it. Unlike many companies, I've worked for AST gives you all the tools you need to succeed (corny I know) but check it out: -Work/life balance -Excellent benefits -Company transparency (they have a great game plan for the future) -Managements open door policy (they mean it too) -Appreciation of employees -Great company culture It's quite the feeling to be at a place where you can see yourself staying for the next 5+ years in this day and age.
