Pros
I have worked at AST for a little over two years and my experience has been very rewarding. I have been provided with many opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. AST focuses on not only providing good customer support, but also keeping its employees happy. AST provides employees with the flexibility that one can easily balance work and family life. I have never worked for a company that has such a focus on engaging employees and keeping everyone well informed. The management of this company truly cares for the employees and continuously strives to support each and everyone of them.
Cons
I would say the only con is the typical uncertainty that comes along with government contracting, but that just comes along with the territory of the work that we provide.
