      Lies, lies and more lies

      Pros

      This company is unprofessional and they lie so there are no pros.

      Cons

      Interview process was a nightmare. They "hired" me for one job and then found that the DoE would not allow them to replace the current employees (they had just been hired as the new contract firm) so turfed me over to another division where I was not qualified and it was a glorified secretarial position. I am a scientist!

      Pros

      Some of the pros are pretty particular--for instance my boss is wonderful, I get to telework, and I really enjoy my coworkers. But outside of that you find that there are many more general company attributes that are amazing. Firstly, recognition--we've been in the Washington Tech Fast 50, Inc 500, and also gotten the DoD's Nunn-Perry award. Management also made a really smart decision to partner with TASC in the DoD Mentor/Protegee program, which let the company (which is small) get some really interesting opportunities. Business outlook is really solid, and as an employee that makes me feel good about my future here. Management is also really involved and engaged, and the entire staff are really committed to excellence. Great place to work.

      Ahhh, these reviews have a twenty word minimum for this section. I can't think of any cons at the moment, it is a great company.

      Pros

      Good launching point for people just starting their career. Just don't stay too long...move on as quickly as you can.

      Cons

      This is a little company that grew too quickly. HR doesn’t understand any of the benefits they offer and cannot properly advise their employees. They repeatedly promote male employees and pass over female employees doing three times the work. They defraud their employees by misclassifying them as exempt in order to cheat them on overtime. And they have no understanding of (or seemingly interest in) their obligations under equal opportunity, discrimination, and anti-retaliation labor laws.
