Pros

None. Please do not join nor refer anyone.

Cons

Worst management. No manager can think practically. Unrealistic targets.. They expect theoritical stuff to be implemented practically. Your only treated well when you have offers or when you be very nice to the managers. No work life balance at all.. Very bad pay and incentive structures. All they value is money and nothing else!

Pros

I'm writing this review to warn you about this pyramid scheme of a company, specifically related to their extremely unprofessional Hong Kong office. But sure, let's start with a semi-pro: You get a lot of exposure to different roles and tasks within recruitment (360 recruitment almost from day one), because they barely have any clients and incredibly poor structure in terms of who is working on what.

Cons

I don't even know where to start, but I'll list it out in bullet points: - They straight up lie to you in the interview process. One of these lies include, but are not limited to: "no office politics". Let me tell you, it's the most office politics heavy place I have EVER been at. Pure nightmare. - The consultants trash talk the candidate managers to each others and to the director. - Brownie points if your colleague tells you they're having a bad day, and you tell the director about it so the director can call them into a 1:1 and tell them what a negative person they are and how poorly they were raised... yeah that really happened. - "Uncapped commission"... their commission structure is a joke. They pay more at Robert Walters. - Their stand-up morning meeting, aka. "red zone" is like a messed up hazing ritual, and some consultants will literally use it as an opportunity to make you look bad in front of everyone. - You spend sooooo much time in meetings. It's SO inefficient, I honestly don't know how they're still in business. - Their way of doing recruitment is a joke; super slow and inefficient, and they literally make you BD your candidate's reference, which is so unprofessional and embarrassing. - NO work life balance. None. - Anything you say can, and MOST DEFINITELY WILL, be used against you. - They hire to fire, so they're constantly looking for any reason to fire you. - They say they are a firm for high performers... yeah no. I can tell you what: this is a place for bootlickers without any true career aspirations. I honestly wish I never worked at this company. I cringe whenever I think back to my time there.

Pros

- You get a paycheck - Flexible work schedule - Heath insurance (not a very good plan but still better than nothing)

Cons

- Worst management I have seen - No career development - Pay is below industry mean - Dishonest - No retirement contribution - No disability insurance - No sick days (The words of a person in a leadership position at EASi: EASi is in the business to maximize its profits. Of course we are not going to give you sick days. If you had a company and wanted to maximize your profit would you give your employees sick days?)
