      Looks Good From the Outside but Lacks Professionalism Once Hired

      Pros

      Has accounts with multiple firms. Works in different business sectors.

      Cons

      Treated like a temporary employee within host company. Little support from Allegis once you are placed. Benefits aren't great (401k plan is awful). Management is hands off and if something does go wrong, they won't talk to the employee until it is too late to fix. High turnover. Very little training. Lengthy and messy hiring process. No support when a placement ends.

      Pros

      I cannot think of a single pro about my time with Allegis. I guess they did pay for some further career training. But no real development internally.

      Cons

      no advancement unless you are sales,poor pay, under appreciation, little respect among colleges SR. VP of HR once told me all HR, IT and corporate is just over head that can be cut.

      Could be a good job if managers cared about employees or anything other than how much money they are going to make.

      Cons

      Discrimination, low pay, unreliable hours, very poor management, very unreliable computer system to work with, no recognition for hard work
