      Was growing but recently downsized due to Covid

      Great culture, yearly merit increases, bonus, profit sharing, generous PTO accrual especially after 3 years

      Cons

      Just recently downsized, entry level positions aren't paid much but seem overworked and overwhelmed, workloads can be heavy compared to pay, In general lower pay than other companies

      Under market value compensation Nonexistent 401k Completely inept middle management. The first people to be laid off were the ones actually doing all the work instead of sitting in meetings all day. Clear favoritism Pretends to be all about their employees but really it’s all about the people who have been posted up in a corner office for 20 years
