      Pros

      Friendly, laid-back culture Great coworkers Intelligent folks in all aspects of the organization

      Cons

      401k plan is worthless. Lying leadership - a week after a company wide conference call where they stated they had no plans to lay the workforce off and it was a last resort, they laid off 20% of the company day of with no notice. Unfortunate but business is business. Heavy obvious favoritism They heavily favor older non-capable workers in their IT side, who have been there 20+ years and make the newer folks pick up the slack.

      Terrible management - little room for progression

      Pros

      The only good thing were the people at the same level.

      Cons

      There were a lot of cons in relation to working there. Management were very controlling and trying to impose very strict and odd rules. Promotion was based on who senior people liked. Work was very repetitive, I could see no room for progression, wasn’t gaining any skills. The role was glorified to make it better than it sounds.
