      Racism, gossip, horrible benefits, pay not competitive. People get promoted if they are liked regardless if they do any work. No growth. HR is the worst. The company talks about being innovative but then you have people that have been there 10+ years and are completely against change.

      Withheld Vacation Pay with No Notification of Layoff

      Good salary with timely payment.

      Cons

      Withheld earned vacation pay. You will be forced to sign a waiver on unused earned vacation pay if you are laid off - during on-boarding. Never given notice of layoff. Not one minute. Never had a chance to use earned vacation pay. By design? Went home after work one day and was notified by an affiliated recruiter later that evening. Never got any assistance in finding another position, despite other positions being available and posted by EASi.
