      Pros

      Got enough experience to move on. Some of my coworkers were able to get full time positions with the client.

      Cons

      As a contractor, you definitely feel like they are just using you to make as much money as possible off of the client and don't really care about you.

      Pros

      Strong culture and great people to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is not consistent - Depends on which department you work for (some great, others not so great). Flat management organization - Hard to progress career-wise up the ladder. Benefits, especially medical and 401K, are mediocre as best.
