      Pros

      Management seemed to care about their employees and would check in on them numerous times throughout the year.

      Cons

      No 401K Horrible benefits. Management laid me off through a text message. Barely any vacation time. No yearly cost of living raises.

      Not being micromanaged Allowing you to learn you skillset Great education program (certificates/undergraduate/graduate) Great potential in a long term career Individual personal evaluations

      Cons

      No training or guidance. Some will do all the work while others will stand back and benefit from it. Upper management speak about value in culture however, individuality seems to push out the value in a positive culture.

      Blatantly obvious favoritism. No vision. Failed plans. Divided team. Half-truths. A dash of sexism. Benefits below average. No apologies. Lack of commitment and follow through from upper management.
