      Very bad benefits. Do not get 401 k unless you stay for the full year.

      The fellow Associates are great

      Cons

      Leadership and Management work dump on those lower than them and expect all previous tasks to still be completed on time. Management does not offer assistance when you feel overloaded with tasks. In order to move up within the organization, you not only have to drink the Kool Aide, you need to make it as well.

      Great People, but Terrible Benefits

      Pros

      The people I work with through EASi are easily some of the best people I met. We support each other and are always looking out for the new contracts that come in to where we are located.

      Cons

      It's difficult to work with EASi and who I am contracted with. We have different holidays and in general, the benefits are terrible compared to my coworkers who actually work for the company I'm contracted with.
