      managers don't care about you actually advancing and helping you when you have problems. little mentorship or guidance.

      Pros

      Solid place to work. Other than the fear of the big cloud boom taking your job. The atmosphere is laid back. Some individuals are extremely smart. Others just kind of go with the flow.

      Cons

      Leadership never provides clear direction for long term road map to all team members. Very clicky place to work. There are lots of micro segmented factions. If you aren't in you will likely get left behind. Lots of behind the scenes conversations going on. Health benefits are pretty horrible especially from a multi billion dollar company. High deductible high premium plan. Only one plan to choose from.
