Definitely a good place to start if you are a recent college grad. The culture is great and management is full of strong leaders. Your opportunity to move around in the company is also a plus.

Cons

Salaries are decent to start. However, there is not much room to increase your salary unless you are on a fast track to management.

Great environment with AGS and the ability to move around for jobs is fantastic. The have a great support system for people

It is tough waiting to hear back on future opportunities. They could communicate thier thoughts here more with the employees.

Great people, really talented folks who care about what they do. A culture that cares about relationships and respects your home life as well as your work life. Opportunity is available if you choose to take it.

Cons

Business customers / partners are demanding to the point of being irrational. Frequent disrespect from business "partners" who assume that they know how corporate services should be performed despite lack of any real knowledge or experience in the field. Horribly understaffed and under financed services departments.
