Allegis Group is a great place to work. Leadership is open to ideas from employees at all levels and places high importance on relationship building and collaboration among colleagues.

Cons

I don't really see a downside to working at Allegis Group. As long as you are personally motivated and able to address new challenges, it's a great place to work.

Its a subsidiary company in India and fairly new name in India; hence not many people know about Allegis and its not considered as a brand.
