There are many different opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Relationships are really the only thing that matter to most management in this company. Which is ironic, because most of my managers have had very poor "people-skills" with their employees.

Well rounded on-boarding. Actively encouraged to speak up. Peers help you grow. You get hired because they know what you bring to the table, and expect you to deliver on your word.

Cons

The company is huge and distributed, so getting to know how it operates and how each independent operating company works can be frustrating.

Potential for growth opportunities in most departments. Many resources available for personal/professional development; trainings classes, webinars, tuition reimbursement, etc.

Cons

Definitely some bad apples in leadership; maybe tenure has cause complacency for some? Some leaders only regurgitate company's message but do not put in to practice themselves. Cliquey vibe amongst leadership. Company promotes diversity of thought and different work styles, but some leaders are not actually accepting of those differences. Pay is not great.
