Pros

Friendly family owned business, with wonderful warehouse crew. learned a lot about beverages, RTD, chemistry, and in general the food industry.

Cons

Minimal opportunities for advancement. It seems like they already know who will advance to the upper levels. I tried to apply to a position outside my department, and both departments conflicted of my progression path. I chose to take another opportunity outside the company.

It is a very laid back environment with friendly coworkers. The company is expanding and continues to hire more workers. Full benefits for salary employees.

Cons

The pay is extremely low and the paid time off is minimal. The company is disorganized, possibly due to "growing pains."

free Arizona tea and juices and 10 days off for xmas/new year holidays.

Cons

NO room for advancement if your not part of the family. Either you have to be Jewish or Portuguese to make money here or advance. The pay & benefits are horrible. HR is the worst, they only want to hire Spanish ppl who speaks no english so they can pay cheaper pay. my advice: run fast an far away from this place.
