      Lots of resources and good people in the labs

      Cons

      Poor compensation for “gold standard of science”, poor listening by CEO of employee needs, bad listening to managers about off season promotions and needs to keep employees

      Pros

      Great mission driven organization - fundamental science to advance knowledge and discovery. Work/Life Balance is great - definitely not a culture of being online/available or working at all hours or on weekends. Good compensation and benefits - seems comparable to other health care or nonprofits. Great building - it's a nice place to spend your day, easy to get to and from downtown. Growing, lots of new people.

      Cons

      Small company, so small company things like lack of sophistication with processes and systems. Lots of technology and systems, but not implemented very well. Great opportunity if that is your area of expertise.
