My opinion for what it's worth

Pros

--Trainers are nice and very support --Easy going about doctors appointments --Training with 1 hr lunches, mini breaks (3-5 min long), and two 15 minute breaks. --They provide you with computer and 2 massive desktop screens. --IT is easily available to help you with technology issues --Overall a good company. I don't regret having worked for them. -- it's obvious they've made many improvements to modernize everything and bump up their technology, processes and procedures. That's a hard thing to do!

Cons

--They advertise bonuses, but they dont tell you full details until fully done with training and you won't receive any of it until 2.5-3 months in! It's also not guaranteed. --Cameras gotta be on all through training, but you're able to look causal though (messy buns, no make up, tank tops, t-shirts) --No 401k. --It can be a lot to remember, and you gotta be somewhat good at math to comprehend payment modifications.

This company has a poor compensation problem across the board.

Pros

Everyone I've met there below the C-level is amazing (and absolutely miserable there!). This problem is only at the very top.

Cons

Nobody below the C-level makes even close to median pay in Orange County for comparable work. As a result, everyone I know there is planning their exit, and employee turnover is shockingly high. I've had people significantly higher up (including my own supervisor) vent to me about how unhappy they are with the pay. Imagine being so bad at running a company that you can't turn a profit without college graduates in your full-time workforce resorting to public assistance. If I was an Alleviate executive, I would genuinely be humiliated.
