Insurance getting worse every year. Do not work for Alliance Entertainment if you can't get benefits from a spouse or family member. Several teammates will not be able to afford their medication next year, despite the fact that the company continues to grow. Also, there are no opportunities for career growth anywhere within the company. Executives actively look to stop employees from receiving promotions, raises etc. No salary growth in last 5 years for anybody I'm in contact with, or 10 years if you account for cost of living.
