Alliance Health reviews

Anywhere I have ever worked there have been a few people who just like to complain and say they don't feel valued. I find that here, too. They can sometimes impact the environment/culture in a negative way. I am sure it is difficult for anything to be done about that but if the attitudes of those few would change to be more positive then the whole environment would improve.

I accidentally gave my first review more stars than I intended, so I'm redoing it. Where do I start? Senior staff don't have much knowledge with what it takes to run this company, probably because they hire and promote their friends. We just had a reorganization of a reorganization from a few weeks ago...persons in charge of this should be fired because they don't have a clue! If you have a difference of opinion they will hold a grudge and try to sabotage you at every turn. Salaries are not good, unless you're at the top or friends with someone at the top. The CEO is clueless, he is a follower not a leader. It is becoming increasingly obvious they don't care about the staff or the community which is very unfortunate and counter to the values they claim. More than a few people are running away as fast as they can because of all the unethical and unscrupulous behavior exhibited by management.
